3.8 pounds this week.  I didn't work out, but I also ate pretty sensibly.  I guess it didn't hurt I spent Saturday through Tuesday with the flu.  I'll take the loss, all the same. The treadmill's set up at home, but I haven't gotten over the flu enough to give it a go yet.  Soon.  Hopefully tomorrow morning.
