I’m sorry to hear you gained….it’s so hard!!!!!!
Just to share my story (if you care!) I joined a weightloss program called Genetix (www.genetixprogram.com) in Oct 2006. I started at 260 and now I weigh 198 (62 lbs in less than 4 months!!)
It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me and they currently have a special where it’s free.
I really wanted to tell you about it because I just know what you are going through and how hard it is!
I’ll stop back and see how you are doing! I’m gonna get to 130 - can’t wait!
